Returns Policy

ALL our products are made to order and as such CANNOT be returned unless damaged in delivery or there is a manufacturing fault. The only exception is slatwall metal accessories. It is very important this is understood before you place an order with us.

Items Missing, Faulty or Damaged in Transit

If any items are missing, faulty or damaged in transit, we ask that you report to us by noon the next working day AND within 3 working days in writing. If visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery note accordingly. Please take pictures of damaged or faulty items and email to us on [email protected] - Once we have verified the damage or fault, we can issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. Damaged items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Return of Slatwall Metal Accessories

Unless faulty or damaged, you may return slatwall metal accessories at your cost for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us prior to returning for an acknowledgement. On receipt, we will refund less 30% re-stocking fee and any delivery surcharge paid.
